The I'm . ... The question of whether we want more Twilight Zone is always quite a divisive one when the new Twilight

Zone television series involving Jordan Peel was announced I sat back and looked at the response

on social media there were those of us who were happy and hopeful

and there were some who were of the opinion that

the Twilight Zone began and ended with Rod Sailing in the original series

and that anything else that comes after is just imitation.

But in this case, unlike many situations where people have

opposing views on things, I think this is one where each side can actually see where the other

is coming from. You know, sure, I want more Twilight Zone.

But yes, people are right, the original hasn't been matched yet,

and maybe it just never can be.

And those who think that the original series should stand alone

and that to try and carry it on without rod sailing is futile

well those people still love the Twilight Zone

and can at least understand and appreciate

why other people still want more.

We all want to stay in the Twilight Zone.

So when someone comes to a new Twilight Zone product in some

form or another, you know are there any rules to this? Is it okay to do it in one format, but not another?

And I think everyone will have their own views on that.
