time, is as plugged in as anyone. So we get great insight in terms of why this AJ Brown

happened the way it happened, why the compensation was what it was, how that got worked out and how both sides

might have ended up meeting in the middle based on some astronomical asks on Philly's

side and the Patriots back at the Combine, according to Jeff, having an interesting

value placed on A.J. Brown themselves. We're also going to talk about where

AJ Brown is at his best right now at almost 29 years old and obviously dealing with a knee

issue. So we're going to hear from Jeff as somebody who has watched him very, very closely

for a number of years now in Philadelphia, why he is the way he is and how it'll look now that he's here in New England. I also want to get to some sound that we have from Josh McDaniels in terms of how they'll be able to use A.J. Brown in this offense and what the plan is for him, what we're hearing on what the plan will be for A.J. Brown in terms of getting him acclimated into this Patriot scheme.

It's great to have you with us because, obviously, there's been a lot of interaction between Boston and Philadelphia with this whole AJ Brown saga.

But nobody has covered it better from the Philly end of things than you want to ask you first.

Now that he's gone, what can we say is the reason that he was even

available?

Because obviously, you've got a lot of people in New England that are excited to have this guy.

So who do they have to thank here, Jeff, when it comes to AJ Brown's availability?

Well, I mean, I think it's number one.

It's AJ Brown kind of was pushing for this.

You know, he has come out and said it now.

And so is Howie Roseman Eagles GM that, you know, after having conversations with AJ,

he felt that he wanted a fresh start and wanted an opportunity to play elsewhere.
