I have a little secret I want to share with you, related to health. If you want to be healthy,

just find out what conventional medicine is all agreeing on and do the exact opposite.

Because what you've been told about health is actually the opposite of what the truth is.

And a lot of times these experts in these institutions are like sacred cows. They're above criticism.

million visitors every single month. I mean, it just blows me away. Well, at least they're transparent

because if you look at the board of directors and you see their affiliations, quite a few of them

are affiliated with drug companies. All right, let's get to the list. Number one,

everything in moderation. There is no bad food. Healthy eating is all about balance. Have you ever

heard that before? Now, the problem with that statement is that it gives each food equal importance.

And so what you're saying is there's no real significant difference between a candy bar and

kale or wild caught salmon and a twinkie. As long as you keep everything in moderation,

you'll be healthy. I'm sorry, this is just complete and utter stupidity. Certain foods are way

bit of everything. That has been the problem. When you go to an all-you-can-eat buffet and you're

just going to have a little bit of everything, you're not going to be able to get healthy. There's

too many options for the wrong thing and you want to be able to differentiate the high carb

from the low carb. The way to get healthy is not to balance your calories. It's to be able to

differentiate the healthier foods from the unhealthy. So it's a very unbalanced diet. All right,
