Yesterday, my girlfriend asked me if I had hair extensions because she hadn't seen me in so long. And she jumped on to do a podcast with me. And she was like, oh my gosh, your hair is so long. What's happening? And I said, I don't know, it it's growing like a weed and I thought about it all

night because I wanted to do this podcast for you guys because I realized that there's a lot that I'm

doing actually and no they're not hair extensions this is real it's you can tell because it's not

as thick and dense as hair extensions would be but this is the best I got and maybe I don't have the best hair in the world, but I'm kind of known for my hair at this point, whether it was short or long. I think it's the silver nature of it. But I have been doing a lot, and I've learned a lot. And no, I'm not a tricologist, but I certainly have dove head first in. and what I've come up with is that all the things I preach to you all apply here.

And hair loss truly at its root cause comes from internal sources, which I've done a whole podcast about.

But the other piece that I was completely neglecting was my scalp health.

honest, I had the thickest hair growing up.

I had fine hair, but I had a ton of it. I never worried about it. I prefer to wear it short. I am growing it out right now. I don't know why. I can't tell you. I just decided to see if I could get my hair as long as possible and still have it look beautiful. So we're going for it. We'll see. If my husband starts telling me it looks scraggly, then, you know, maybe, maybe we'll cut it off. But I was always a short-haired girl.
