EP. 261: Get Strong with Me Inside my NEW Strength Vault: https://www.drtyna.com/offers/G33fSdvS In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Amy Hornaman to go deep on thyroid dysfunction, Hashimoto’s, and why so many people are misdiagnosed or undertreated. We break down T3 vs T4, reverse T3, molecular mimicry, and how stress, viral triggers, and lifestyle factors can push people over the edge into full thyroid dysfunction. This conversation also covers why lab work alone misses so much and how real thyroid treatment can change energy, mood, pain, and metabolism. And so this is a real treat that I get to have you on and we get to talk about your new book, Thyroid Fix. It's been a long time coming. I've been friends with you while you've been writing it. And I'm so excited and proud of you. And I'm in congratulations. Thank you, thank you. You know, it's decades in the making. I mean, you know, we're waiting on a book from you too, but it's, it's all of that information that you have that you talk to people about, but you're like, I got to put it all in one place because I can't help every single person individually, but we want to help everybody that we possibly can,
