We are recording this just after noon on Tuesday, August 15th.

So, last night, literally last night, is when the charges in the state of Georgia finally came down against Donald Trump.

And as we know, Donald Trump and quite a few other people.

So, we're going to briefly talk about sort of first reactions to the indictment, to the news.

Our regularly scheduled episode is tomorrow.

So, we're obviously going to be also talking about it tomorrow, probably go into more detail.

But we just wanted to kind of give you an update while the news is still very fresh.

And for those of you who weren't watching it, things were kind of touch and go through the day and afternoon.

And even into the early evening yesterday, because there were people kind of going in and out of the grand jury.

There was clearly something going on.

It had been, you know, there were a lot of atmospheric rumblings that yesterday might be the day.

But you always have this thing with the grand jury that it is secret.

It's always important to remember people who testify to the grand jury.

They're free to do whatever they want.
