Christopher, let's start off by talking about hands-up holidays and what it is you're doing over there because i read about it but i want

i want you to tell our audience what it is you're doing over there sure it hands-up holidays is a

travel company that puts together tailor-made trips that combine sightseeing with giving back.

And so the sort of classic example of that would be, say, let's take a seven-day trip

to Costa Rica, for example.

And so it could be a combination of hiking around Aronal volcano, whitewater

rafting, ziplining, nature walks, maybe bean to bar chocolate making, maybe visiting

a organic coffee plantation. And then spending two or three days helping give back. And that might be helping at a wildlife

rescue center or it could be helping renovate a school, that sort of thing. And then maybe you

spend a couple of days at the end on the beach doing some surfing or snorkeling or diving
