Last week I talked about TJ Watt and why it deserves to be in his own class as a defender in the NFL.

This week I'll talk about his outside Lab Becker partner with the Pittsburgh

shows why he's Alex Hasmouth and why his performance this season shows why

strictly looking at accounting stats can be bad practice.

Hatzbuth is playing the best football of his career. He's expanded his array of past rush moves,

and is proving every week that he's well worth the four yearyear 16 million dollar contract he received from Pittsburgh this

off season. Last season in prior seasons, there would be games or highsmith could be taken out of the game.

He wouldn't make much of an impact to give much pressure on the

quarterback and offensive tackles could neutralize him.

Well he only has four and a half sacks this season he's made an impact in each

and every game. Thursday nights game against the Tennessee Titans is one highest

its best games of the season.

He had two sacks, but more importantly,

he also had 11 pressures,

and that actually makes him now,

the NFL's league leader in pressures.

Every single week even if Highsmith isn't getting a sack he's getting after

the quarterback and forcing pressure and making quarterbacks force their throws

or running them into other guys for sacks.
