I'm Josh Carney. Coming out of the week six by, the Pittsburgh Steelers have some history on their side

and some history working against them ahead of the week seven

road trip to the west coast to take on the Los Angeles Rams. In the Mike

Tomlin era coming out of the buy. The Steelers are quite good. 12 and 4 good.

That includes six straight wins post-by under Tomlin.

However, the Steelers are just 3 and seven in the Pacific time zone under

Tomlin. Not great. That said, Pittsburgh already has one win in the Pacific

time zone this season. coming in week three on

Sunday night football against the Las Vegas Raiders. So the Steelers have shown

they know how to handle themselves out there at least this year. However, the last time the Steelers went to the

West Coast following Lebye was in 2015, with a trip to Seattle. They lost that game 39 to 30.

Then when it comes to the Rams in their big-name trio of head coach Sean McVeigh,

quarterback Matthew Stafford, and wide receiver Cooper Cup,

the Steelers have a great track record overall.

We're talking a 4 and 0 track record combined.

Pittsburgh is 2 and 0 against Stafford all time as a starting quarterback, and is 2 and 0 against Stafford all time as a starting quarterback and is 2 and

oh against McVeigh as a head coach and offensive coordinator with wins in 2016

when he was the offensive coordinator in Washington and in 2019 as the head coach of the Rams.

Additionally, the only time Pittsburgh has played Cooper Cup,

they held the star receiver without a catch in that 2019 matchup at then-Hinesfield. But then, Pittsburgh has also never won a road game in Los Angeles against the Rams, sitting at O and 9 overall, with the

last meeting taking place in 1993 at Anaheim Stadium.
