Pittsburgh Steters rookie quarterback Kenny Pickett has made some improvement the last few games

and especially when it comes to him not turning the football over.

In fact, Pickett has now gone 128 consecutive pass attempts without an interception,

and that's the equivalent of four whole games, of which the Steelers won three of them.

That stat aside, there are still areas of Pickett's game that he needs to show some improvement in in the team's final five regular season games.

Leading the list when it comes to the areas that Pickett needs to improve in is his red zone passing.

Currently picket has just a 40.6 completion rate inside the red zone as he enters

week 14 with just three touchdowns.

That's good for just a 79.7 quarterback rating.

Of the 32 quarterbacks that have 20 or more Red Zone pass attempts on the season,

Pickett ranks 30th in completion percentage and 27th in

quarterback rating.

So it's easy to see that he must get better in the red zone moving forward. One other main area where Pickett needs to improve in

is his throws of more than 10 air yards past the line of scrimmage.
