Leading up to Saturday night's wildcard matchup between the Steelers and the Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium,

there's a lot of talk from the Steelers' offense about leaving no stone unturned in an effort to find a way to manufacture victory.

For Mike Tomlin, Arthur Smith and the Steelers' offense, that could be utilizing Justin Fields in certain situations.

That could also be increasing snaps for wide receiver Mike Williams.

In reality, what it needs to be is a heavy workload for George Pickens.

Smith was frustrated with the fact that he only got Pickens one touch in the first half

in the regular season finale against the Cincinnati Bengals.

After that, Pickens was a mess, recording three drops in putting together the worst

outing of his career. That cannot happen this week. The Steelers need to make it an emphasis

to get the ball into Pickens' hands early and often. Whether that's on some wide receiver screens,

deep shots, whatever it may be, give him opportunities to get into the game early and often.
