The Steelers made a heck of a run to get to the post season that should be commended the team rallying and surging late in the year.

But this is the bus stop they've made many times before just get to the playoffs. We know they can do that.

The question is can they win a game? That's the barrier

Pittsburgh's hat for seven years. The valid frustration that comes with Mike Tomlin, what the

national media does not see or feel is that lack of

playoff success. It's not just about winning Super Bowls, a lofty goal nearly impossible

to sustain year over year. But winning once in the

post season for a franchise proud like Pittsburgh that's a bar they should be

able to step over without issue and yet no playoff win since 2016,

Oh and four in their last four trips.

It's one of the NFL's longest active playoff droughts

and if it turns to five after the Bills game, I'll have an article on exactly where the

Steelers fan it's not pretty no question they're underdogs in this one

understandably so but this is a game they can win. The weather will compel them to run the

ball more than they already are and the bills run defense is a weak spot.

Pittsburgh's defense is capable of making splash plays on quarterback Josh Allen who gives the ball away as much as any quarterback

in football even if he makes up for it with his great moments too. A lost Sunday will not be

unexpected but it will be a reminder of where this team is stuck truly in the middle good enough

to get to the playoffs not good enough to do anything with the chance

there has to be some way to get over that hump, or else it'll be the end of the team's

book on 2023 in a long time before they can write again.
