Welcome to the terrible take a mini podcast telling sailors nation what's on our

mods. I'm Joe Clark. There isn't much hope left for the Pittsburgh

sailors this season. The need a win out and that starts with a win later today over the Cincinnati Bangles.

To do so, they're going to need some help from some unlikely contributors in Eric Groh and Miles Jack,

two guys elevated off the practice squad or probably

pass their prime, but are going to need to play a big role for Pittsburgh today.

It's like the movie The Replacements. Neither row nor Jack is taking a snapless here.

Jack was retired, working on getting his pilot's license and bottomline league hockey team.

But in this weird topsy-turvy season for the Steelers, where they win games they shouldn't, and then they lose games they shouldn't,

how fitting would it be if Jack came off the couch to help the team he played for last season come and see their season.

I mean I don't have any expectation of it occurred but I mean both guys are

gonna be motivated that they still belong on the football field

in that their best football isn't behind them yet.

I mean there's a reason they're out on the street in their free agents for as long as they

were this season both joining Pittsburgh after week 12 week 11.

And Pittsburgh's getting a lot out of both of them.

Rose's going to start. Wouldn't be a surprise to see Jack get a heavy dose of snaps.

And given how much of a mess the inside library visitors been behind the land and Roberts.

I mean, not a lot of confidence in Mark Robinson

or Mike Hill Walker, even how they've played the last few weeks. So Jack could definitely

see some time. I don't know if it's more funny or more sad that the series have gotten to this point, but I am excited to see what these two can do out on the field today.

We'll see, maybe they can go down to this history as two guys who came in late in the process and helped save Pittsburgh season.
