Pittsburgh's loss to Arizona was clearly a disaster and the frustrating part was how easily it could have been avoided or at least how much different things should have been.

Steelers beating Steelers was again the theme with so many fundamental miscues, just basic stuff that would

not fly on a high school JV team, let alone an NFL club in December, not getting the right number

of people on the field too few or too many, not getting

a line properly, not snapping the ball cleanly, the details interim O.C. Eddie Faulkner said

he was all about. And I know, I've harped on this topic a couple

times already, but it needs to be harped on. This is not acceptable. It's wild that we're even talking about this so late in the season. The coaches can talk about the players needing to execute and get this stuff right and they do, but to me this fundamental problem becomes a reflection of coaching.

At the least, if mistakes continue and personnel does not start to change,

then that definitely becomes a reflection of coaching.

Let the season play out, see how the team responds,

all of that is fair, but you are judged by what you allow.
