Steelers Nation Day Brian's still on vacation believe he's in the Nashville area right now so Josh as he did on Friday. I was filling in for today's episode as well. So how you doing Josh? Thanks for being on.

I'm doing great Alex. Thanks for having me on and yeah, Dave was a world traveler right now.

So I hope he's enjoying his trip around the East Coast.

And just full disclosure, we're recording this Josh and I on Sunday evening during the intermission of the Penn's game, Yarmy Rager returned to Pittsburgh.

So Josh, thank you for taking the time to talk with me instead of, you know, watching the game probably as closely as you could.

So, but that was really cool to watch Yager Copp,

you know, skate out there for warm-ups and just a really cool ceremony.

It really was and that organization does it very very well and yeah just watching the entire thing

A great trip down memory lane for me being able to watch some of those highlights again

For sure all right we'll jump into some Steelers talk here probably a shorter or later show today.

There's just simply less going on first weekend without football the Super Bowl a week ago.

Not much happening in the Steelers land, at least as of this recording.
