This is the seventh of several special edition episodes of The Terrible Podcast that will be posted nightly after the Pittsburgh Steelers wrap up each one of their 2024 training camp practices. It’s Thursday night and Alex Kozora joins me to discuss what he observed at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe earlier in the day, the team's seventh training camp practice of 2024 and this session was not in pads like the previous two were. As usual, Alex and I go through all of the position groups and try to give you the rundown on as many players as possible in the shortest amount of time. 0:59.1	What Thursday?
1:00.4	We got Friday night lights up tomorrow night. It's exciting time. The pads were not on today.
1:06.8	How was your day out there?
1:09.2	It was good. It was hot and warm, but I'll complain about that now and be wishing for tomorrow because there
1:16.2	might be some storms and showers.
1:18.1	So fingers crossed, we'll get the Friday Night Light session in.
1:21.2	It got rained out a couple years ago so we'll see but yeah the
1:24.8	reason why the team was not in pads today is NFL mandates you can't be in pads
1:29.4	more than three straight days in with Pittsburgh always in pads for physical Friday night lights practice
1:34.7	had they been in pads today they couldn't be on Friday so a padless day although still intense still
1:40.4	a good day of practice.
