0:53.0	This is something we didn't say, hey, sign me up for that, okay?

0:57.3	Like, we have these conditions thrown upon us, and they are wrecking our nervous systems.
1:03.9	They are wrecking, or this contract, this invisible contract that we have been ushered into that we never signed up for or asked for.
1:11.8	Who asked for it? Nobody.
1:13.6	Okay.
1:14.2	It is wrecking our self-esteem.
1:16.7	It is wrecking our the visions and goals that we have for our lives.
1:20.6	It is wrecking our physical health, our spiritual health, our mental health.
1:25.2	This superwoman contract can have devastating effects that last
