I'll share with you my goal setting framework.

Share everything my goal setting process today when it comes to specifically the body.

And I've never heard anybody else talk about it this way.

And we can talk about goal setting across all domains of life.

Actually, maybe I'll start there and just quickly chunk down to the body dynamic.

First and foremost, it's important to acknowledge that we have multiple domains of life, right?

And so the physical body, while being a very, very important domain, is only one of the main domains.

And there's a certain number of prerequisites, let it call it life categories that need to

or basically be boxes that need to be checked in order for most people to be able to commit the time

to their body. So if you're someone who's had a challenge in the past sticking to a plan that

ultimately allows you to prioritize your body, there's typically a few reasons, not a large number

of reasons, typically very, very small number of reasons that we all have in common by people

plan. You know, obviously you guys will acknowledge that time is of the essence and time is a very

big diagram. I'm just kidding you here. and time is a very big consideration for us all.

The reality is it's not a time problem, it's a value problem.
