If you’re a man over 35 looking for a simple, effective and personalized plan to help you look, feel and perform better than you did in your 20s, head to https://muscleintelligence.com/mipapply to learn more about our upcoming programs.

This isn’t the typical “cut calories” or “track your macros” kind of advice. We pulled the most impactful clips from a few of my favorite conversations with specialists Sam Miller, Dr. Dominic D'Agostino, Matt Gallant, and Dan Garner.

just say, it's all about macro, not most, but many, say it's all about macros, just hit these

1:26.9

macros, and you're going to be great, whereas there's this other camp that suggests that, yes,

1:32.2

of course, macros matter, but there's also these other physiological realities, such as stress,

1:37.6

such as sleep, such as inflammation, insulin resistance, that are going to impact decision-making

1:42.2

around nutrition. Can you speak to both sides to that?

1:46.5

For sure. So I can appreciate where I think macros were born out of the idea that sometimes
