Summary

It’s funny, you get divorced, and you still have to spend the next 18 years raising your child/children together. You couldn’t get along and figure out this marriage thing and now you’re expected to co-parent.   Some people do the work and start working through their own feelings of anger or sadness while others stay stuck in those places their entire life.   The good news is you get to choose who you want to be, but I will tell you it’s not a walk in the park. To be the person that really moves on (and I don’t just mean finds a new partner) I mean move on emotionally and energetically from your ex, you have to do the work.  Stephanie is a Life Coach who will not only teach you the fundamentals of self-development, but she will also give you the tools to heal and overcome what you have been through in your life.    Her philosophy is that mental health does not have to be complicated. Her powerful messages have allowed her to coach people all around the world, creating a thriving coaching practice. Her online courses make it easy to learn what her private clients gain from her teachings to help you become both mentally and emotionally healthy.     ► Coaching Services: https://www.stephanielynlifecoaching.com/services    ► Online Courses: https://www.stephanielynlifecoaching.com/Coaching-Courses      FREE download: “Creating Healthy Boundaries” https://www.stephanielynlifecoaching.com/boundaries-course-singups    FREE download: “3 Skills to Improving Your Mental Health” https://www.stephanielynlifecoaching.com/free-self-parenting      INSTAGRAM - https://www.instagram.com/stephanielyncoach    TIKTOK – https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMeg1m9pu/    FACEBOOK - https://www.facebook.com/stephanielyncoaching     www.Stephanielynlifecoaching.com
