I want to talk about the challenge of getting started, why it's hard, and then five things

I think there are three reasons, three primary reasons, why getting started is hard.

If you've been sedentary for a long time maybe overweight physical movement walking is

physically uncomfortable if you've been doing this for a while and you've got a

fitness capacity that's pretty good and and this is something you look forward to you

probably even find pleasure physical pleasure in movement in walking I know that's
