And now doing this, I feel like I've just found my people and I'm so grateful. I also want this podcast to feel like it's a phone call with the best friend. A best friend who just so happens to be

obsessed with habits and who happens to have the best fucking advice. But before we start, I also

I'm going to start this cute little first episode of mine by giving you all a little intro into

who I am, my background, and then how Sad to Savage actually started.

Now, the story behind Sad to Savage, I'm going to explain in three parts.

We're going to start with the sad phase the

in july of 2020 i was really freaking sad it's almost exactly two years ago i was 23 i'd been out of

college for a year i mean COVID had just hit us and hit us freaking hard, and I was

living at home. My friends had all moved away after college and they were living these glamorous,

beautiful lives with new friends and new cities. And I felt so isolated and just so embarrassed

that I was living at home. Now, in retrospect, right now, paying all my own bills, I would go

back home in a heartbeat if I could.

But I was also in a really unhealthy relationship.

I mean, this boy was naughty, naughty, and I would get into this in my breakup episode.
