Hey, besties, and welcome back to the sad to savage podcast. Hey, hey, hey, hey, I have to think of a jingle

or something that I can say at the beginning of these podcasts. I would love if it started with the

0:12.4

Hey, Hey, Hey, Hey, because I think it's iconic, but just know I'm thinking about it. Today, we are going

0:16.8

over a few of my absolute favorite things that completely changed my life that are completely

0:21.4

going to change yours and I could not be more excited. I'm going to be teaching the concept of getting

0:26.3

1% better, habit stacking, and waking up early. Now, I've got to start off by saying I will be giving

we think that we have to change everything. And I mentioned this in the first episode because this was

1:24.1

groundbreaking when I realized it. We do not have to change everything all at once.

1:29.1

We can't change everything all at once. We need to make small changes that are sustainable that we can

1:34.4

do without overwhelming ourselves so that we actually can create change. And that is why I literally

1:40.1

love the concept of getting 1% better. Now, I've never been a numbers girlie ever in my whole life.

1:46.5

And I'll tell you, I had to go to nine hours a week of tutoring in college to 25 college algebra, which is like the base level math class.

1:55.2

Like my parents were celebrating, clapping, screaming from the rooftop so proud of me because I've never been in numbers
