And why I want to focus on this area is because I want you to kind of step into this idea that your life is a story. It is you.

As much as we are creatures of comfort and we can be like, I don't want to change. I want it to stay the

same. We ultimately do want to see change. We want to see evolution. We want to see us get past our blockages and the things that hold us back most in life.
