Now, I know it's been a few years since we took our hiatus, but Colin and I are back with

a new incarnation of undisclosed toward justice, and we are excited to start off where it all

began with the case of the state versus Adnan Sayad.

A lot has happened since our very first season back in 2015, and most of you are aware

that Adnan is no longer incarcerated.

So before we get into our first episode of this relaunch series in which we will cover everything

we haven't reported on about Adnan's case, I'm going to catch you up on exactly how and why

Adnan was finally released from prison. Then after that, we are excited to finally reveal what many of you have

been waiting a decade for, Collins' bombshell. The last few years of the procedural history

of the Nenon's case has been complicated, confusing, and frankly unprecedented. I'll get into the nitty-gritty behind-the-scenes

stuff in a later episode, but for now, a quick recap. On September 19th, 2022, a hearing was held

on a motion to vacate Adnan's conviction. The state's attorney agreed and supported that

motion to vacate. So the question is, will Adnan Syed be set free or face a new trial?
