So, yeah, I was sick for the last two days in bed.

Today's the first day I'm venturing around,

but you might be able to hear from my voice and the congestion,

and I hope you can bear with me.

When I was creating the notes for today's talk,

yesterday I kept repeating the same sentence over and over again at times because it's just what happens to my brain when it gets a bit foggy. But we'll venture through this together,

and hopefully there'll be something that's worth your attention. We have coming up in Omega Institute,

a really fun Buddhist gathering over Memorial Day weekend.

Kathy's going to be doing, she's going to be part of a Buddhist day long in Philadelphia,

May 2nd. We've got the Labor Day retreat. Every morning from Monday through Friday,

there's the daily pause meditation,
