| 1:05.5 | Essentially becoming more interested in what was happening in the moment, rather than |
| 1:09.1 | the potential interest of what might happen in the future when his cookies came out |

| 1:14.1 | Stay with me, I'm going somewhere here, so anyway, it reminded me of a story of a man |
| 1:21.5 | who went to a monastery, a retreat centre, to do some meditation. |

| 1:29.9 | there was a sitting going on and he was going to go and join in. |
| 1:32.6 | So he went down and he sat cross-legged on the floor in the temple, and he hadn't sat |
| 1:37.3 | cross-legged on the floor for a long time before, so it quickly became very uncomfortable. |
