Summary

Not too long ago, Andy helped Cookie Monster out while he was waiting for his latest batch of cookies to bake. And while you may not be a cookie monster, you may often find yourself waiting for something else to happen, which often means you’re missing out on what is actually happening right now. Remember, what’s happening right now is enough. Check out Andy’s adventures with all of our friends on Sesame Street.  Learn more about your ad choices. 1:09.1

the potential interest of what might happen in the future when his cookies came out

1:21.5

who went to a monastery, a retreat centre, to do some meditation.

1:26.0

As he went in there, he didn't really know so much about meditation, but he knew that

1:29.9

there was a sitting going on and he was going to go and join in.

1:32.6

So he went down and he sat cross-legged on the floor in the temple, and he hadn't sat

1:37.3

cross-legged on the floor for a long time before, so it quickly became very uncomfortable.

1:41.7

He sat cross-legged, he changed his legs over a few times, and he started feeling a bit
