So I don't know if you ever get those thoughts in your mind.

Those thoughts that maybe they scare you a little bit, they're thoughts that you don't

necessarily feel proud of, not that we should feel proud or guilty of any thoughts,

to spontaneously arise in the mind.

But we have this tendency as human beings to want to own our thoughts.

So we tend to see some as some that we're very proud of, maybe they're very virtuous

thoughts, other thoughts that maybe shock us or surprise us or terrify us and we feel

less good about those.

Anyway, yesterday I was working on a project for the future and we were discussing various things.

When we got into my life pre-head space working at a clinic in London where I used to see

people for all kinds of different reasons.

I was seeing one particular lady who was struggling with post-naked depression.

She had an incredibly tough time, really, really lovely lady, good person, you know.

As we continued to speak, it was very clear there was something on her mind and she felt

able to talk up to her point but not really fully express how strongly she'd been feeling.

And anyway, we sat in silence actually for quite a long time.

The idea just being there was a space there if she wanted to say something she could

and eventually we would do some meditation later in the session.

But anyway, eventually she managed to find a way through her tears to say that she'd

been out driving the day before with her child, with her baby in the back of the car.

And things had got so bad, she said that she felt as though she may just have to pull
