Welcome back to the Gutsi Health podcast.

I am interviewing my amazing magical co-host, Gina Worfell.

You probably all know this because I gush about her every week, but Gina is by far one of my most favorite people in the world.

I mean, there's my children, right? Like nothing compares to my children. But from my children, there's three people

in my life that just move mountains. They've moved mountains for me. They are family. They're

so family. They're thicker than blood family. And Gina's one of those people. I want to cry.

You guys don't know how much I admire her. You should have to do me for everything. You guys don't know how much I admire her. You should enjoy me for everything.

You guys don't know how much I admire this woman.

She has bailed me from my deepest, darkest days.

She befriended Tristan knowing that he was staged for cancer and was going to die soon.

She came to visit him, us almost monthly, and just held him and snuggled him and loved him and wasn't afraid of him.

You know, when it comes to cancer, people are terrified.

People kind of pull away during people's transitions to the other life.

And Gina stayed by his side the entire time.

It's so cute because a lot of you probably haven't heard the podcast where we talk about where, you know, Tristan was having these

panic attacks at night. And I would stay up with him multiple nights and it was very hard. And there

was a night where Gina and Raj were at our house. And I went to sleep upstairs. We had the night
