What's up? I'm so excited that you're here for today's episode because we're going to dive into the small

decisions that quietly change your entire life. Because often I feel like we're waiting on the

sidelines for this like big idea or this big moment or to make this big decision. And we think

that's what's going to change the trajectory of our life. But when I look back on my own life and I just contrast to where I'm at now,

whether that's in my friendships or my marriage or financially or health-wise or, you know, whatever,

it's been tiny little things that have compounded over time. And I think that this episode will

feel a little bit like an exhale. If you're putting a lot of pressure on yourself and just understanding that like if we go back to the fundamentals, there might just be like a tiny little decision that you need to make to get on the right track. And then when you're on the right track, you just start chugging along that track. And all of a sudden you look back and you're like, holy crap, look how far I've come. Look how much my life has changed. Rather than thinking you have to take all of this massive action,

you know, in one singular moment and that that's going to be what changes everything.

Because, you know, like most of decisions, like I'm saying, it's the things that completely

changed my life didn't feel that big when I made them in the moment.

It's not like a movie where there's like dramatic music playing like,

dun, dun, don, don, what's she going to do next, right?
