Lauren has been teaching meditation for 30 years.
Lauren is a qualified Personal trainer with certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and has lectured in the fitness and wellbeing industry for over 25 years.

| 1:29.0 | This is a space in which you feel comfortable. You are quite safe and you feel intention to dedicate yourself to yourself. Sleep brings us rest. |

| 2:12.0 | Perhaps your place to meditate is in the garden or perhaps it's sitting in the kitchen, looking through the window, have the sun streaming in, or perhaps |
