And now, sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin. Sleep remedy, a guided meditation to help you fall into a restful sleep to help you put away the day, to help you feel okay.

Welcome to this guided meditation. Before we start, I'd like you to find a dedicated space.

This is a space in which you feel comfortable. You are quite safe and you feel intention to dedicate yourself to yourself. Sleep brings us rest.

Sleep brings us much needed healing time.

Perhaps your place to meditate is in the garden or perhaps it's sitting in the kitchen, looking through the window, have the sun streaming in, or perhaps

that's your bed. It's completely up to you where you would like to meditate.

However, the designed purpose of this meditation is your sleep, so I suggest your bed. dead. Declutter and simplify the space.

When you already will start.

Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin.
