For us, we have a specific system we use called the seven

steps of service. Now, you might be like I was when hearing something like the seven steps of

service and think that there are seven tips to ensure the best service. But in reality, they're the

first steps taken that set up everything else.

It's a system that highlights how intentionality is deeply rooted in the experiences that people have every day.

And it's something that is helpful when running any business, not just a coffee shop.

It was just like, I mean, i guess on one end it's a compliment

like you guys get it done yeah another end it's you have this incredibly established business

and you record in the parking lot this is kind of funny juxtaposition which is great um

nose no nose no nose knows goes nose goes do you have a card for us today or just general strategy of chatting?
