So I'm probably wrong, I've certainly been wrong before, but as we sit here today, if you're in the US,

there's an election cycle coming up, if you're anywhere in the world, there is a certain time period

before the end of the year when any transaction you do isn't going to close this year it's going to close next year

Which begs the question for you if today as I shoot this you've got a hundred and two days left before the end of the year

You really only have 102 days left before the end of the year, you really only have 46 days left,

you really only have 52 days left, and if you understand that, I hope it changes your focus.

I hope you start to say to yourself what are the most

important things I need to do in a daily basis in order to get my clients under

contract get these listings sold, close these deals, make more money, and most importantly, build up my pipeline

so as I go into 2025 that I didn't close everything out and didn't replenish it with

more. So I guess what I'm asking you to think about as we

look just to steal here in September is what do I need to do between now and the

end of the year to ensure success for my clients, success from my business, and plant the seeds for success in 2025.
