My name is Michael Kaju and my guest this week is Mike Robertson.

because I can vividly remember being in at my first strength and conditioning job at

I worked really long hours and I didn't have a whole lot of friends.

So in the little bit of time that I did have, I

would just sit in my apartment and read articles online. And Mike Robertson

wrote a lot of those articles that I became obsessed with in my early days as a strength and conditioning coach.

And he along with guys like Eric Kressy and Pavl and Dan John were my early inspirations for being a

strength and conditioning coach. So it was a huge honor to get to interview this

guy. I think he's a he's one of the most technically sound coaches

in the entire world, but one of the things

that I was most interested in while interviewing him
