We don't have to be victims. We aren't powerless. We can do things that change situations, even if bad things are going to happen. But even if they will, know that we will be okay. Because we don't have to let negative things in our lives take us out.

The world feels a little uncertain right now, right? In an election year, things feel extra uncertain because every election, we hear the message that this is the most important

election of our time. And the future of the world is hanging in the balance,

we hear every four years. But every four years, no matter who wins, we're still here and we

still have to go through another election cycle. What I've learned through the years is whoever

wins, God is still in control and he's not going to let anything happen that he hasn't

decided to allow to happen. He's not surprised by anything. he's not going to let anything happen that he hasn't decided to allow to

happen. He's not surprised by anything. He's not in heaven looking around going, I had such

great plans for America, but look who they voted in office. It's all over. Of course not. But political

ads, they are created to stress us out. And whoever isn't in office every four years, they're running

an election, spending hundreds of millions of dollars in advertising and messaging to tell us how

the world is falling apart, and it's stressful, and it makes uncertainty 10 times worse.

Now, combine that with the fact that groceries are approximately $3 billion.

There are big issues in the world that we're facing, right?

Don't even ask me how much I spend to feed all these males in my family.

But we have to live on earth for now, and it's wild, and it's uncertain,

and we each have a laundry list of things that are difficult, of things that scare us,

and things that give us a little bit of anxiety. So what do we do? As women of God, we don't hide under

the covers. We don't say, oh, woe is me. What can we do? And we don't let our anxiety run rampant.

We get wise. We develop a strategy. We want to keep going. We want to

make sure that the strategy is going to keep us strong. It's going to keep us sane. And it's going to

keep us moving forward. And that's what I want to do today. The most important thing to do when
