Yeah, well, I like to say I design conversations for a living and I generally insist that that's what everyone else does also.

I mean, the types of conversations I enjoy designing.

I coach leaders one-on-one, so I like designing those conversations

for depth and effectiveness. And I also design workshops so that teams can learn new skills

and apply them. And I also like to design like bigger organizational conversations so that

the new skills that a team learns actually get used

and deliver results. So like those are like the small, medium and large conversations I

designing conversations i guess like almost three years ago i did my first interviews for it in

2016 i was working with the group in 2015 in Australia. This goes way back, but they

called their facilitative practice conversation design. And I was very confronted by that.
