It changes, you know, every few years you have to try to keep up with these different changes.

And what's happening right now is regulation.

You know, regulation is a big deal. You have to look at what's working and then you have to also look at like.

So I'm gonna hop right into it. What's working right now?

So retail buyer program basically allowing us to wholesale to retail buyers

the FHA VA USDA loans very similar to like a novation yeah

Because now you as a wholesaler don't have to buy stuff at 50, 40, 50, 60 cents on a dollar depending on where you are.
