How important is it for people to learn to heal the past then so that they can love themselves in the now as opposed to be taught?

Oh, to heal the past?

Yes.

You will automatically start doing that when you start loving yourself.

And let me give you something because I had to learn a lot, a lot.

You know, I learned some rules.

You know, I had all these principles.

Then I had to walk the talk and I learned some rules.

One of the most important rules is to let go after it's happened.

And it's like, why am I carrying this around?

You know, because it's interfering with my future.

If I have the filter between me in the future, it's like, I'm not going to get there at some point.

Letting go.

And it's funny, I'm not a religious guy.

I'm a spiritual person.

But religion is somebody making up rules for you.

I go, no, we are directly connected with source.

Nobody's going to interfere with that, okay?

But it was really important to recognize with that. Okay. So, but it was really important to, to recognize this character

for a very important reason because it says you are more than this right here. This is a,

this is, I call this a, uh, the television's hat. In other words, I'm receiving a broadcast, the Bruce broadcast. Bruce is not in here.
