break it down. Studies reveal that self-compassionate people are less likely to suffer from

anxiety and depression. Why is that? It's because they aren't stuck in the loop of self-compassionate people are less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression. Why is that?

It's because they aren't stuck in the loop of self-blame. Think about this. When you fail,

would you rather have an inner coach or an inner critic? Compassion, self-compassion, is your
