really excited about the brand we're featuring today because I think you know we don't

really hear a lot about when it comes to skin care any topical solutions

we don't really talk about these like multi-factorial aspects that come in.

For example, women that are pregnant or breastfeeding or you know anyone who has this

extra need for precaution you know when they're utilizing any kind of products much

less something topical something prone to go get into your bloodstream.

There's just not a lot of information out there about these things.

So, you know, I'm really excited to talk to our guests today and discuss a lot of different things.

I think we're going to dive into a lot of different topics,

but without further ado, I introduce you guys to Dr. Kate Biola,

who is a board certified dermatologist and the founder of Lady Paulpa.

Yeah, I'm really excited to chat with you and to learn from you about, you know, obviously your journey, but also just how you see our industry and where you think the white spaces are. But if you could get us started, tell us a little bit about, you know, what got you into dramatology and also what led to the creation of the brand, Lady Popol.

Fantastic. So I actually started in general surgery.

Yes, right up your alley.

I started in general surgery.

I had a mentor in medical school who was a breast surgeon and he was just in such an incredible surgeon. He was really old school kind caring and just had incredible skill.

And so he was, he kind of was this wonderful mentor
