couple years, right? We're all, as I heard from someone, we're all in the same storm, but just in

different boats. So having empathy for what someone else's experience is that's really help

We're going to be focusing this podcast on a book called The Savage Leader, written by Darren Rankay.

And we are looking forward to talking with him about his 13 principles to becoming a better

driven by purpose. The traditional leader uses a command and control style with their team,

but the savage leader empowers and enables their team there you go again using a

quote from the actual person we're going to be interviewing i like it it was great it was like

i was uh powering through the audio book and for the first of two times didn't finish it the time, but actually twice because I thought it was a really good book.
