His name is Ben Flanagan.

I'm sure you all know him.

Ben Flanagan is legitimately one of the funniest

runners out there. He brings a fun attitude to whatever the task is at hand. Ben grew up in

Alberta, Canada, where he was one of three kids. In high school, Ben ran for St. Mary's High

School, where he fostered his love for running and continued his dream to run professionally by going to

the University of Michigan to run. At Michigan, Ben only grew his passion for the sport and became

a national talent. He earned multiple athletic and academic awards during his five years in college.

His collegiate career culminated with an NCAA title in the 10K in 2018. Post

college, Ben signed with Reebok. I believe he trains with the Reebok Boston Track Club and trains

with some of the best runners in the world, including Justin Knight. He most recently ran a 20806

in the 10K, which was a huge breakthrough and starting point for

what's to come in this upcoming Olympic year. We do a deep dive into Ben's career going through
