we've got a special treat for you a little bit of a different episode than what we usually

do.

Doug of course is still in Europe, gallivanting around, so I am joined

today by my buddy Jason Fitzgerald from Strength Running. Jason, how are you?

So Jason and I got to know each other a little bit better

this past weekend because we were both guests of Runner's World

at their, the inaugural Heartbreak Hill Half Marathon and Festival,

which of course was in Boston and had us staying in Boston College dorms, which was kind of cool.

I went there for a semester, actually.

My first semester of college was in Boston College.

And we actually stayed in the same dorm in the first night

where my freshman orientation was I believe and then we got moved to a slightly nicer dorm which was welcome.

But it was a really fun weekend. I don't know about you. I mean I assume Jason that you had as good a time as I did. It was just it was just like a really cool fun weekend of all things running and for me just personally just made me feel great about being a runner again.

I don't know, did you have a similar experience, Jason?
