towards this community because what I'm going to talk about is going to ruffle some feathers and I know this because it already has.

I sent an email about this topic and it was the most amount of opt-outs that I've received on my

on a single email ever.

Now the beauty of this community is that when I mentioned that there was a lot of unsubscribes,

the outpouring of support was incredibly strong.

People saying, don't stop being you.

We need to hear the truth.

If people can't handle you telling it like it is,

then they don't deserve to hear your wisdom just

some amazing responses that I got so first of all thank you for that and second of

all I think that this is an important message if you are a coach.

Because sometimes, and I fall into this trap, sometimes we want to be everything to everyone. As coaches, we want to help everyone, we want to support every, we want just like we do this because of personal reasons.

Like I'm a coach because of what happened to me

and my poor relationship with food and my body

and exercise and the shit that I went through.

It's all personal.

I don't want other people to suffer like I suffered

so I became a coach.

And then I started my business because I saw the way that coaching was done inappropriately and morally.

And I decided to change that.
