let's do a reintroduction to the listeners. Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do?

Sure. I am the CEO of Alignment Strategies Group, where we work with CEOs and their senior teams

to help them communicate across lines of difference

more effectively, to help them create optimal outcomes

for themselves, for their organizations and their teams,

or create organizational health and vitality and growth.

And so what that really means is that, you know,

my background is 25 years of conflict work.

My PhD is an organizational psychology with a focus on intractable conflict, which I'm sure we'll get into in a little while.

And I started my career out at the program on negotiation at Harvard Law School, working with executives and global leaders.

And it's, it's, you know, been 25 years of working with people in high conflict situations

from Israel, Palestine, to the corporate boardroom and anything in between.
