| 1:11.3 | Well, so the name of my practice is the root cause method. And I really believe that the root cause |
| 1:15.9 | of many, many illnesses is actually trauma and the various manifestations of that in the body. |
| 1:21.8 | And the ways in which we try to regulate our super dysregulated systems and how that leads to more and more, |
| 1:29.8 | you know, disregulation and imbalance and inflammation and illness ultimately. |
| 1:34.3 | And so a lot of my work is deeply trauma-informed and the tools and the kind of modalities |
| 1:39.6 | that I use are, again, not something I learned in my conventional education, but I kind of blend a lot of things |
