Hey, best ever listeners, welcome back to Unlimited Capital. Today is one of our Capital Clinic shows, and I am joined today by Fred Moskowitz. He was on previously discussing his mortgage fund. And the purpose of Capital Clinic shows is you guys, I've done a number of these, is we are going to talk about his capital raising game plan with him, try to identify some bottlenecks and come up with some plans so he can go raise a hell of a lot more capital and help a hell of a lot more people.

I am a long-term investor in specialized in mortgage notes, and we are raising capital purchasing the debt, mortgage loans, performing on the secondary market, holding them for cash flow and

income. That is the 32nd. And for all residential, yeah, all residential, all over the U.S.

So it gives us a good cross-section diversification geographically with that profile.

I always tell people that this is one of the most unexciting asset classes that could possibly be because it's performing, it's stable.
