Gaba is 20% of the brain's neurotransmission and when you combine glutamate which is

actually its opposite in the sense of glutamate being the excitatory neurotransmitter and the main excitatory neurotransmitter in the brain, and Gaba being the main inhibitory neurotransmitter.
