I'm the program manager here at Rainbow Railroad.

Why are we holding back your last name?

So that I can continue to do this work and not endanger my own security and the security

of the people that I'm helping to move.

Devon's work is dangerous,

but she's not in anywhere near as much danger as the people she's helping.

Devon works here at Rainbow Railroad, an organization that gets people out of countries where

their lives are at risk for being gay.

In a nutshell, we move people from places where they're being actively persecuted by the state

or by the society in that country to a place of freedom where they can be themselves.
