I want to share with you today one thing that I believe is the cause of a lot of suffering.

The way that our human minds are constructed is to avoid this, to have a real sense of our rightness and we believe what we think we believe that

the way that we're doing things that we're showing up in the walls the way that we're doing things, that we're showing up in the

world, the way that the opinions that we form are the correct ones.

Sometimes I believe that the missing piece sometimes is a sense of humility.

All the great old spiritual teachers including the Stoics, they'd say,

Buddha speaks about the not knowing mind,

it's maybe a couple of people in my life I've met who've had the wisdom, the self-awareness, the ability to ask themselves this question.
